Assist2sell

Je dois mettre ma maison sur le marched mais, comme beaucoup d'autres, je me retrouve avec tra¨s peu de marge de manÅ"uvre en raison de la baisse dans un glissement de frais de logement. I plan to hopefully avoid the Assist2Sell 6% commission, but I am worried I will not get the service. Any thoughts?

My wife and I run a help-2-Sell offices in North County San Diego. We have saved our clients $ 1,000 in recent years and believe that our service is at least as good as any real estate agent full price and many would say is the best service they have experienced. We market housing on all websites like Realtor.com key, Trulia.com, Zillow.com, etc., run open houses, agents handle calls, to buyers in homes where there is no agent or vendor is out, treat all documents, to negotiate the final agreement, advising on how to stage the house etc. etc. I can not comment on real estate agents to discount others but Wil you get a complete service and save a small fortune with A2S or use their savings to price your home to sell quickly. Assist2Sell and most sites like it have very limited success. I'll start by calling a few real estate agents and over your financial information with them, just to see if it is a realistic possibility. It is expensive - but it works, and even with the commission paid research indicating (NAR) that home sellers receive 17% more money on average (net) with an agent that programs PART.

In terms of saving money by not paying the Commission and still get the service - good luck. You, of course, get what you pay for. It's a bit like saying I want to get a trickle Minon dollar off of the menu - is simply not going to happen.

Many owners do the same mistake, trying to avoid commission of 6% but lose more than that.
It will not be easy for you to sell the property to your self and your self promotion.
I think you need to hire a professional and he will sell your home fast and easy.
Assist2sell.com will make you a little money and put it on their site, then you should go and sell yourself.
