Anna Maria IslandWhat is the best way to transport the Tampa Airport to Anna Maria Island in Florida?

We meet people in Anna Maria Island who have a car and we need a way to get there. We fly to the airport in Tampa. Any suggestions would be greatly apprecaited.
Thank you.

Take Super Shuttle or a corporate shuttle other Anna Maria Island. If you are going to be there for a few days, it might be cheaper to rent a car. There is no public transportation between Hillsborough County, where Tampa is, and Manatee County, where Anna Maria Island is.

There is only one way ... rent a car and drive.
