American Home Buyers Protection

I had a home warranty program in Broward, Florida. Their inhabitants repair service is working for Broward. But my exerience is that they do not know what they do together. When compressor has been on my A / C, they replaced it but I talked to others who have said their company has replaced the A / C if the compressor is released.

I just had a company come out and see my A / C to do routine maintenance. The company does not work home warranty so they are neutral on the subject. The technician told me that the A / C should be replaced.

The technician said he went to many houses and hear a lot of comments, but he has never heard negative comments about buyers of First American Home Protection.

If you have personal experience with either Shield American Home Buyers Protection or Home, I hope to share with you the details.

I used American Home Shield and have never had a problem with them on all requests. I think they are a great company. I know some who have HBP, and they seem very happy too. Consumers reports would probably absolute truth regarding the two companies if you really want to know how they actually rank of.
