Hello,
I am looking for a deal to India to Pittsburgh. I checked today in different locations and price ranges from 1350 to 1700.

From what month (July / August / September) and I hope Airfare Discount for my trip.? Also could you please let me know some websites or details contact Travel agents who can offer tickets at low prices.

Without specific citys it is impossible to give you information on rates. Indias largest and Delhi is a long way from Mumbai.

There are several ways to get the best airfare:
Try one of the big companies: Travelocity.com., Kayak.com or Expedia.com. The advantage for them is that they show many different airlines and the best price for both the exact date you want to fly and the dates around that time. If your plans are flexible. The disadvantage is that you're locked into dates tariff. If you want to change a due date of an injury or an emergency, their fees can be extreme.
My personal method to use Kayak as my initial check on fares and dates. I generally begin at least one month in advance when looking for a ticket. Try directly airlines. Either their Web sites or hotlines. Some airlines offer low price guarantees meaning that if you find a cheaper fight on another Web site, they can match the price or beat it. Each company is different so, we must check them individually.
Remember that if you try to get the flights, airlines normally have restrictions. You may have to buy the ticket 14 or 21 days in advance, there can be no refunds or changes allowed. You really need to know these restrictions.
If you try looking for a last minute flight, you will end up paying much more, although there are some exceptions. I personally, managed a last minute ticket to SF on the eve of New Year's Goals. And received a better price than my friends who had booked one month in advance! But ... you can not depend on that.
